1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service apply to Saker mobile applications, saker.fit, the Saker web builder, and related services operated by SAKER Systems (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Accounts and Access

Some parts of Saker require an account and an internet connection. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date.

3. Service Scope

Saker is a cloud-backed mobile and web ecosystem for training, planning, supported imports, event sharing, and community features. Features may differ across iOS, Android, and web, and some features may be limited, changed, or removed as the product evolves.

Some experiences may still be launch-scope, beta, or admin-managed. We are not obligated to keep any particular feature available forever.

4. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

Saker provides tools for logging, planning, organizing, and sharing fitness and nutrition information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for qualified professional guidance. You are responsible for your own training, nutrition, and health decisions.

5. User Content and Acceptable Use

You retain rights to content you create and submit, but you give us permission to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Services.

You may not:

  • Use the Services for unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, fraudulent, or infringing activity.
  • Upload or share content you do not have the right to use, including someone else's private information or intellectual property.
  • Post malware, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the service at scale, interfere with normal operation, or bypass rate limits or security controls.
  • Impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, or submit false reports or abusive moderation complaints.

6. Reporting, Moderation, and Enforcement

We may review reports, investigate misuse, hide or remove content, restrict sharing features, suspend accounts, or take other reasonable action when needed to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. We may preserve moderation notes, report history, and related audit records for safety and compliance purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including our software, branding, site content, and related materials, are owned by SAKER Systems or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share information.

9. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or that every feature will be available on every platform or device.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAKER SYSTEMS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

12. Suspension, Termination, and Account Deletion Requests

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for users or the platform, or if we need to protect the service or comply with law.

Signed-in users can request account deletion at /delete-account. Public deletion details are available at /account-deletion. If you cannot access your account, contact support@saker.fit from the email address on your account so we can help verify ownership.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the revised version here and your continued use of the Services after the update takes effect will mean you accept the revised Terms.
