Your training. A new perspective.

Connect AI

Connect your Saker training data to a compatible AI assistant.

A clearer view of your training

  • Analyze your workout history, exercises and sets
  • Compare nutrition, weight and recovery
  • Understand your current Builder plan
  • Propose changes you can review before applying
Read access is the default. Plan changes require separate write access and your approval of a specific preview in Saker. You can disconnect at any time.

Choose your assistant

Authorize read access to your profile, workouts, nutrition, weight, recovery and Builder plan.

Confirm your AI connection identity on the secure sign-in page. Use that same identity when authorizing the assistant.

Finish connecting in your assistant

After linking, add this server in your assistant’s MCP connection settings and authorize access with the same connection identity. ChatGPT’s developer mode and connection controls depend on your account and workspace.

  1. For ChatGPT, select ChatGPT above, then enable Developer mode in ChatGPT Settings → Security and login if available.
  2. Open Plugins, add an MCP server, and paste the address above. Use OAuth authentication.
  3. Open Advanced OAuth settings and choose User-Defined OAuth Client. Paste the client ID below, leave the client secret blank, and set Token endpoint auth method to none.
  4. Create the connection and sign in with the same AI connection identity you linked above. Start a chat with Saker enabled.

This public ID identifies your selected assistant. Access still requires your sign-in and Saker account link.

Another compatible MCP client

Use Streamable HTTP at the address above with OAuth 2.1 and PKCE. Select the client configured for that assistant when linking. If your assistant is not listed, its connection has not been configured by Saker yet.

Try: “Analyze my last 12 weeks of training.” Or: “Review my Builder plan and propose changes for the next two weeks.”
